Delivery Times

Due to this careful inspection, the following standard delivery times apply to our various product groups:

• High-Tech Systems To ensure the maximum performance of your new device, the delivery time, including the final functional check, is usually 10 to 14 business days.

• Dermatological Skincare Products from our skincare collections leave our facility within 2 to 4 business days.

Logistics & Shipping Partner

We place great importance on the safe transport of your order. Therefore, we work exclusively with specialized shipping service providers. As soon as your shipment leaves our logistics, you will automatically receive a confirmation including tracking information via email.

International Deliveries

For shipments outside of Germany, we calculate shipping conditions individually to always offer you the safest and most efficient logistics solution for your region.

Transport Safety

We ask you to check the goods for integrity upon receipt. Should any defects be visible despite our extremely secure packaging, please document them directly upon acceptance.
